After moving away from Joliet 7 years ago, we rented our home to a single mother with children. Being 8 hours away from the home, we were not able to check up on the tenant as much as we should have. She completely destroyed as much as she could before we got her out. Ferro Home buyers came in and rescued us from the nightmare. They gave us an estimate that was fair for what the house needed.
We don't have the time or energy to constantly go back and forth fixing things up, and we wouldn't trust anyone to be left alone to do all of the repairs. Ferro homes assured us they would buy it, fix it up, and pay all closing costs and fees. They delivered on that promise. We closed with even better results than was proposed. Definitely a true company that followed through on all promises.
